the location was acceptable, close to transport links.
The air conditioning was a joke. it barely cooled the room at all. The staff just insisted it was working fine when i complained. also, they didn't change the sheets or towels even when i asked. they just rearranged them to look fresh. it was frustrating.

the cleaning crew really did a poor job i left the towels on the floor as instructed so they could be changed but the cleaning staff just hung them back up they were clearly dirty until i asked the reception for help i couldn't get clean towels i was frustrated by this

i found the breakfast tasty, it had a good selection of items. i could leave my luggage early, that was very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful! the location is really central, close to many shops.
The street was noisy. It was sometimes hard to sleep because of outside sounds.

The hotel provided luggage storage free of charge, quite convenient. transport to various parts of the city was accessible. This made getting around simple. i noted the close proximity to the main railway station.

the room was clean and fairly spacious, it. i found the bed and pillows comfortable, that contributed positively to my rest. there was a fridge provided, it allowed me to store drinks and snacks.

The location was good and I could easily walk to the main square.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to par. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I found stains on the sofa and the desk chair, off-putting. the staff had conflicting information about how often bedding was changed, not reassuring.
